A collaborative team of Composite, M7 Innovations, Panera Bread, and QReal put together the first-ever AR ad unit in the food space. Premiered on The Bleacher Report, the banner ad allowed users to “play” with their food (a lifelike 3D model by QReal) directly in the ad. Then they could experience the AR activation across social media platforms (Instagram, Snapchat, Facebook). The shares came naturally.
